Happy Monday Everyone!

Wow!  I can't believe we are in our last week of school.  In case there is any confusion, Wednesday is a full day of school.  We will have an end of the year ice cream party after lunch at 1:00.  Thank you to everyone who volunteered to send items in for this.

Tomorrow students can bring board/card games to play.  This is not electronics. I have several here at school if they would rather play them.

Today we cleaned out our desks. Please make sure your child takes all of the folders, papers, and workbooks out of their backpacks tonight. They will need the space for other things that will come home tomorrow.

Hello Parents!

This week we continue our economics unit, and will be reviewing common and proper nouns, as well as adjectives and adverbs.  We will continue to have phonics lessons, but there will be no more spelling tests.  We will also continue our data and measurement unit using our marble mazes.  The test on this unit will be next week.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday (if needed) we will be making our products for Market Day.  Please send any materials your child needs to make their products tomorrow.

Friday is Field Day.  Our Field Day t-shirts are the green field trip shirts the PTO supplied us with this year. Normally we allow students to sign each other's shirts on this day.  If you do not want your child's shirt signed, please make sure they are aware of that and I will give them some paper to use instead. Please make sure your child wears sunscreen and brings a water bottle with their name on it (reusable or disposable.) You are welcome to join in the fun at anytime that day!
