Hello Parents!

If your child decided to do an activity for the library's reading fair, that must
be turned in tomorrow.

This week we are reading different Halloween books and working on main
idea and detail. We will also work on dictionary skills. Our spelling words
this week will have the suffixes -ed and -ing. We are continuing our unit
study on verbs in language.

In math we will finish our unit on numbers to 1000 with a test on Thursday.
I will send the study guides home Tuesday and they will have two nights to
complete them.

We will finish up our science unit on habitats this week, as well.

This week is Red Ribbon Week. The following are our dress up days
for the remainder of the week.
